I chose the UPS Worldwide Saver and it said 1 day delivery but showed I wasnt getting it till 5 days later. I placed order and was confirmed on Wednesday. I wouldn't of wasted $80 shipping if I wasn't getting it by Friday. Kind of disappointed because I headed out camping for 14 days and really wanted to take the supplements with me. My parcel ended up sitting outside for 10 days in the sun and the other elements mother nature brought. As for how effective the product is... I'm unsure as I don't get back home till tommoro to try them out.
